Nike

2016 Olympics

Every Olympics, Nike faces a challenge: be the face of the Olympics spirit without ever being able to say, show or reference the games.

In 2016, an anthemic sport entitled Unlimited You followed athletes that push past even the narrators expectations.

Outside of the anthem film we created three short films highlighting three different remarkable and unique athletes. Chris Mosier was the first transgender athlete to compete on a U.S. National team. The “Iron Nun” was Sister Madonna Buder, an 87-year-old woman who competed in 45 Ironman competitions. Kyle Maynard was the first quadruple amputee to summit Mount Kilimanjaro. These stories captured the essence of the human spirit and gave viewers a totally different view of what an athlete can look like.
